Abstract：“Law of the Application of Law for Foreign-related Civil Relations of the People's Republic of China” has come into effect from April 1 2011.The article 21st of the law，which provide the applicable law for marrying，has been absolutely different from the article 147 of the “General Provisions of the Civil Law”.It is very essential to study the connection point of the article 21st，especially for the effective implementation of the marriage registration office.
